Among the site’s unique features, unveiled last week, are pages for every NFL team and a fan approval rating system that allows readers to rate a team’s general manager, head coach, offensive and defensive coordinators and quarterback using a sliding scale. Approval ratings are tabulated weekly and for the season.

Pages also include “Shout Outs,” similar to Twitter, in which fans can submit messages, photos and videos and voice their opinions about their teams. Messages are not organized and are freely submitted by users.

Polls will also be utilized on the pages, and a statistics component showing scores, schedules and information on individual players can be readily viewed. The National Football Post will include feeds from major newspapers and partners such as Yardbarker, and FanFeedr, with news dedicated to each team as well as, original NFP content.

The new Team Pages expand the National Football Post’s content for hard-core fans who want team news and want to share their thoughts about their team’s performance.

“The National Football Post is now giving readers a voice about their favorite teams,” said Andrew Brandt, President of the NFP. “In addition to our goal of providing the best news, information, analysis and insight into all aspects of football, we want to allow our readers a forum. The team pages give them an opportunity to speak up about their teams, from rating the performances of players, head coach and general manager to commenting on all the news and notes every day about their team.”

Go to The National Football Post to hear the latest news and share your thoughts on your favorite NFL Team.

The National Football Post (www.NationalFootballPost.com) is the new online source for in-depth news, analysis and insider opinion on professional football. Unique for its access and insight into the inner workings of football, the National Football Post features the voices of NFL executives, top player representatives, former players and media experts.
