Technology Partnership Incorporates Advanced Sourcing to Navicus ATS

Navicus, a leading talent management software provider, today announced a partnership with TalentDrive, the creator of the innovative on-demand resume sourcing technology, TalentFilter. Through seamless integration, this partnership combines the advanced online resume sourcing capabilities of TalentFilter with Navicus’ comprehensive talent management suite.

With over 77.7 Million resumes online and over 50,000 resume locations globally, Navicus incorporated advanced sourcing into its solution suite, offering users a tool to leverage the wealth of talent online. Users are able to access the sourcing function directly through their Navicus ATS, bringing them powerful web-based resume searching from a unified platform. With the click of a button, users are able to launch a search against thousands of sources, allowing sophisticated matching to pull only the most qualified candidates for open positions.

The sourcing feature brings users a solution to the common problem that companies face—how to filter through the mass of resumes online, while efficiently and affordably connecting with qualified talent. Using proprietary algorithms, the sourcing tool sweeps thousands of resume databases including free boards, social media sites, niche networks and alumni sites, unifying the entire sourcing process. Resumes are returned according to the user’s job description and can be directly exported into their ATS for simplified management.

“In today’s world, doing more with less is the goal of every organization, especially in the recruiting industry. With the demand for a tool that simplifies the hiring process continually growing, Navicus was an ideal partner to adopt our sourcing technology. Navicus is a leader in talent management software because of their ability to offer an all-encompassing HR services solution. We are pleased to power the sourcing capability now offered through their ATS and look forward to bringing a solution that improves the recruitment process to additional users, ” said Sean Bisceglia, CEO TalentDrive.

“We are continually searching for new ways to streamline the hiring process for our users. With the number of applicants for each open position increasing, we saw the demand our customers had for a tool that would harness online resumes simply and effectively. We turned to TalentDrive’s sourcing technology to bring this functionality to our ATS and are anxious to provide our users a tool to capture online resumes,” said Jesse Berger, CEO Navicus.
