NOVACES Awarded Navy Medicine Lean Six Sigma Contract

Under this contract, NOVACES will support the deployment of LSS throughout Navy Medicine.

NOVACES will focus its initial efforts on Navy Medicine's four major Echelon III Commands: Navy Medicine East, Portsmouth, VA; Navy Medicine National Capital Area, Bethesda, MD; Navy Medicine West, San Diego, CA; and Navy Medicine Support Command, Jacksonville, FL. The company will guide the implementation of a change management program across all organizational levels within and under each Echelon III Command.

The program represents a continuation of an aggressive transformation effort at the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) that began two years ago.
