NCH Software Reveals Plans for iPhone Applications

NCH Software, the leading provider of audio, video, business, and telephony/VoIP tools and utilities worldwide, today announced their plans to adapt some of their software applications for Apple’s iPhone.

The first applications expected to be released are ExpressDictate, a digital voice recording application, and WavePad, a fully featured professional audio editing application. iPhone users will be able to record and edit audio with nothing more than their phone using the NCH applications currently in development.

“Creating applications for the iPhone will broaden our market and allow us to reach out to Apple users,” said Jennifer Saksa, Marketing Manager at NCH Software. “After the success we’ve seen with our Pocket PC lines we are very excited to be able to offer these products to iPhone users as well.”

Full versions of ExpressDictate and WavePad are both available for download and a free 14-day trail at nchsoftware.com. A lite version of WavePad is also available at no cost.
