New York bankruptcy law firm Neiger LLP is pleased to announce the launch of its Corporate Practice. Ari Edelman, who recently joined the law firm as a partner, will develop the firm’s Corporate Law Practice. Prior to joining Neiger LLP, Ari was an attorney in the corporate department of Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP, one of the nation’s leading law firms, and was a key member of Kramer Levin’s Asia Practice. Ari advises a wide array of domestic and international clients, including numerous Fortune 1000 companies, other public and private companies, investment banks, placement agents and venture capital and private equity firms, in capital raises, M&A transactions, SEC reporting, corporate governance and general corporate matters. Ari also worked on a number of corporate restructuring transactions in conjunction with Kramer Levin’s top-ranked bankruptcy department.

Ari graduated summa cum laude from Yeshiva University and received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he was a member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal.
