For the fourth consecutive year, NetQoS(R) Inc. has made Deloitte's 2007 Technology Fast 500 list, a ranking of the 500 fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications and life sciences companies in North America. Rankings are based on percentage of fiscal year revenue growth over five years, from 2002-2006. NetQoS ranked number 184 for 876 percent revenue growth during this period.

Sustaining high revenue growth over five years is an exceptional accomplishment

"Global trends such as the proliferation of Web 2.0 and SaaS applications are impacting application performance for large organizations whose business lifeline is the wide area network," said Joel Trammell, NetQoS CEO. "NetQoS alone delivers the management products these organizations need to optimize application delivery across the network, and that's why we're adding more new customers than any vendor in our space. In fact, our customer count has quadrupled to more than 730 since our first listing on the Deloitte 500 in 2004, and we are expanding our worldwide infrastructure to manage this level of growth for years to come."

"Sustaining high revenue growth over five years is an exceptional accomplishment," said Phil Asmundson, vice chairman, U.S. Technology, Media and Telecommunications, Deloitte & Touche USA LLP. "We are proud to honor NetQoS with a ranking on the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 list for the fourth consecutive year."

The Deloitte Fast 500 is the latest in a series of accolades NetQoS has garnered in 2007. For the third consecutive year, NetQoS is one of the world's largest software and service providers according to Software Magazine's Software 500 list. NetQoS is the fastest growing company in the infrastructure/network/performance management category for the second consecutive year, growing 43.9 percent in 2006. NetQoS is also one of the top 100 software companies in the U.S. based on the 2007 Inc. 5,000 list of fastest growing private companies, ranked by percentage revenue growth from 2003-2006. In addition, NetQoS ranked 18th on the Texas Technology Fast 50, which is a ranking of the 50 fastest growing technology firms in Texas as compiled by Deloitte.

Fast 500 Selection and Qualifying Criteria

The Fast 500 ranks the fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications and life sciences companies in North America. It is compiled from Deloitte's 16 regional North American Fast 50 programs, nominations submitted directly to the Fast 500, and public company database research. Companies are selected based on percentage revenue growth from 2002 to 2006.

Entrants must own proprietary intellectual property or proprietary technology that contributes to a significant portion of the company's operating revenues or devote a significant proportion of revenues to research and development of technology. Using other companies' technology or intellectual property in a unique way does not qualify. Base-year operating revenues must be at least $50,000 USD or $75,000 CD, and current-year operating revenues must be at least $5 million USD or CD. Companies must be in business a minimum of five years, and they must be headquartered within North America.
