As a team we decided that it would be a great idea to support a charity instead. Therefore, we took the unusual step of donating the money we would normally spend on gifts to a worthwhile charity.

WaterAid provides access to safe water and sanitation for people in some of the world’s poorest communities. The charity works in 26 countries across Africa, Asia and the Pacific Region, and to date has helped over 14 million people.
Said Commercial Director for Neural Technologies, Luke Taylor: “As sponsors of the GSM Fraud Forum, it is customary for us to give a small gift to each of the delegates. As a team we decided that this time it would be a great idea to support a charity instead. Therefore, we took the unusual step of donating the money we would normally spend on gifts to a worthwhile charity.”
He continues: “We weren’t sure how delegates would react to having their gifts ‘reallocated’, but we have had some extremely positive feedback from numerous people praising our decision. Furthermore, many of them have gone on to provide personal donations”.
Senior Corporate Account Manager, Bronwen Reinhardt, at WaterAid said: “Around 884 million people don’t have access to safe water and 2.6 billion people don’t have access to adequate sanitation. WaterAid is grateful to companies like Neural Technologies who help us to achieve our vision of a world where everyone can access these basic services”.
WaterAid transforms lives by improving access to safe water, hygiene and sanitation in the world's poorest communities. We work with partners and influence decision-makers to maximise our impact.
