Patients in Volusia and Flagler Counties now have a new physician choice at Neurology & Spine Disorders, LLC

Neurology & Spine Disorders, LLC is pleased to welcome Jeremy Grimes, MD, who has joined Ralph Zwolinski, MD at a new location serving Volusia and Flagler counties.

Dr. Grimes is a board certified neurologist who received his medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine. He completed his neurology residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital/University of Miami and is currently an active member of the American Academy of Neurology.

Ralph Zwolinski, MD, is a board certified neurologist who received his medical degree from Case Western School Reserve University School of Medicine and completed his residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Dr. Zwolinski is an active member of the American Academy of Neurology and has been practicing in Volusia County since 1985.

James Piotrowski, PA-C and Andrew Giaconi, PA-C, are skilled Physician Assistants who bring to the practice over 30 years of combined experience in neurology and neurosurgery. They are members of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Neurology & Spine Disorders is a full service Neurology practice that includes the management of the following adult and child neurologic disorders:
