Toll Brothers received the top ranking for new-home quality in the Philadelphia market, according to the results announced today for the 2010 J.D. Power and Associates® New-Home Quality Study℠.
“Toll Brothers is proud to be acknowledged for our high standards in the quality construction of our homes,” said Barry Depew, a regional president of Toll Brothers. “Our unwavering commitment to quality allows us to deliver a home that surpasses our buyers’ expectations. We are grateful that our customers continue to recognize our efforts.”
The New-Home Quality Study, now in its fourth year, measures the occurrence and impact of construction problems experienced by new-home owners in 17 markets. Toll Brothers scored with the least number of problems experienced by new-home owners in the Philadelphia market.
The study utilizes an index that takes into account the number of problems that occur, the severity of problems and size of the home, and covers 41 different problem categories for the following areas: bathroom; drywall; electrical/appliances; home exterior; interior paint; kitchen; windows/doors; and other significant problems.
