I am truly honored and grateful to the New Jersey Supreme Court for this recognition.

The New Jersey personal injury law firm of Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C., announced today that attorney Patricia Zangrilli Boguslawski has become certified as civil trial attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey.

On February 8, the Court’s Board of Attorney Certification notified the New Jersey personal injury lawyer that she had passed the examination and met all requirements to be certified as a civil trial attorney. She joins the less than 2 percent of all New Jersey-licensed lawyers that are designated as certified.

At age 34, Zangrilli Boguslawski becomes one of the youngest certified civil trial attorneys in New Jersey, according to the law firm.

“Being certified as a trial lawyer by the New Jersey Supreme Court is a dream come true,” said Zangrilli Boguslawski, a senior associate with Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C., who focuses her practice on personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle accidents and premises liability. She heads the firm’s Mercer County and Princeton office.

A native of Trenton, N.J., Zangrilli Boguslawski earned her undergraduate degree from the College of New Jersey and her Juris Doctorate degree from the Thomas Cooley School of Law.

She is an active member of the New Jersey Association for Justice and a charter member of the NJAJ’s Women’s Caucus. She belongs to the New Jersey State Bar Association, American Bar Association and the Bergen County Bar Association.

“I am truly honored and grateful to the New Jersey Supreme Court for this recognition," she said of achieving certification as a civil trial attorney.

To be actively certified, an attorney must pass a written examination given by the New Jersey Supreme Court in Trenton, meet strict experience and ethical requirements and pass a background check that includes recommendations of past court room adversaries and trial judges who have observed the attorney in action.

Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. is based in Teaneck, N.J. The nationally recognized New Jersey personal injury firm has participated in some of the largest cases in America, including pro-bono representation on behalf of 9/11 victims and class-action litigation against the tobacco and pharmaceutical industries.

Six other attorneys from the New Jersey personal injury firm are certified as civil trial attorneys: Samuel L. Davis, Garry R. Salomon, Paul A. Garfield, Bennett J. Wasserman, Luis L. Haquia and Steven Benvenisti.

“The exceptional legal work of our firm could never be accomplished without the help of our exceptional trial attorneys, such as Patricia, as well as our support staff and paralegals,” said Salomon, the firm’s managing director. “They deserve the recognition as well.”
