North Jersey Martial Arts School Updates Schedule to Introduce New Fitness Program

Top Northern New Jersey martial arts school updates the schedule for the fall season and introduces a new conditioning program to be promoted with the assistance of Route 72 Systems.

Kimera Mixed Martial Arts, a top conditioning and Northern New Jersey workout center that serves Bergen and Rockland County residents, has updated their fall schedule to adjust for the different hours that many school students make for other sports programs. Out goes the evening wrestling program to make way for a unique total body plyometric conditioning program run by head instructor and owner, Rob Alvir. November is when the program will officially be in full swing, with the first 50 participants to try a free workout receiving a t-shirt for their time. Route 72 Systems will assist with promotion in combination with direct mail pieces that will go out later next week.

"I have done the system myself so I can attest to the effectiveness of it", states Alvir. The program combines explosive movements, jumping, core training, cardio, kickboxing/boxing, calisthenics, and "Insanity" type exercises that was developed by Alvir who is a black belt and licensed physical therapist. "I have seen the improved health changes plus improved physical fitness in the beta testers and it's pretty incredible", states Mark Ramos, team marketing member of Route 72 Systems. The company plans to incorporate their full marketing experience of over 15 years to bring more leads to Kimera Mixed Martial Arts, using consumer lists from their huge database found at and combining it with proven marketing systems to achieve the desired results.
