New Mercedes E-Class Price Announced For Spring 2013

The Avantgarde model is no longer available. Instead, the new Mercedes E-Class Saloon and Estate offers two models, the Sport (SE) and the AMG Sport.

Mercedes E-Class images have already been released, showing that the new model has a significantly enhanced visual appeal. It offers a striking new design that provides challenge to the BMW M5 that is on the market. The Sport model has a sport grille, twin exhaust pipes as well as Artico upholstery for the interior.

Those who wish to look at the used Mercedes E-Class will still be able to get the Avantgarde model, however they will be missing out on some of the newer features. This includes a higher level of standard equipment, better engines and transmissions and an overall higher level of visual appeal.

The new Mercedes E-Class Model Year 2013 will feature a higher green star rating. In terms of C02 emissions, All of the 220 CDI SE models will now fall below the 130 g/km, which will reduce the first year road fund license to £0 as well as improve the Benefit in Kind taxation to a company car driver by a minimum of 1%.

The E-Class E63 AMG also impresses with an increased power of 557hp as well as torque of 720Nm, which is standard on the vehicle.

Entry model pricing will allow the E-Class to be represented in more markets and become more affordable. The 220 CDI is similar to that of the older Avantgarde. The SE Manual is £32,400 while the AMG Sport Manual is £34,895. These prices are not reflective of any options that a driver chooses, nor do they include any taxes or dealership fees. The E63 AMG is also priced at £73,720, which includes the Keyless Go system, nappa leather interior as well as the LED Intelligent Light System.

There will be various marketing programme offers to make it easier for those throughout the UK to afford one of the new Mercedes E-Class vehicles. This includes an attractive Agility PCP offer which includes a £319 headline offer on E 220 SE Manual with a £5,407 customer deposit and a new E-Class Contract Hire headline of £319 per month via MBFS, as well as a £10 walk to an E 220 SE Estate (£329).

With the number of luxury vehicles climbing, the new prices released for the E-Class are at a significant reduction over prior years. Those who have chosen to wait to buy a new Mercedes will be pleased that they can save money and receive more features than they have been able to within previous model years.

With a variety of promotional offers, people will be able to get into their choice of the SE or the AMG for a low monthly payment.

Luxury vehicles will be more affordable and the company estimates that this new pricing will lead to more of the E-Class on the roads throughout the UK. With the pricing effective for the spring 2013, the 2014 models will be accessible to individuals and companies alike.
