Official Bus Tour of the Winter Games NZ 2009
Kiwi Experience has been selected as the official New Zealand bus tour operator to the inaugural Winter Games NZ, the largest winter sports event in the Southern Hemisphere.

The Winter Games NZ will be 2009's largest winter sports event in the Southern Hemisphere attracting competitors and spectators from all around the globe. The games include alpine skiing, cross country skiing, curling, figure skating, snowboarding, freestyle ski and ice hockey.The selection of Kiwi Experience as official bus tour operator reflects the strong profile fit between young ski and snowboard enthusiasts and Kiwi Experience's main customer base.

The events will be held in various locations around Otago in New Zealand's South Island. Locations include the fantastic slopes at Cardrona, Wanaka and Coronet Peak and The Remarkables in Queenstown. The cross country events will be held at Snow Farm, Wanaka one of the largest cross country ski areas in the Southern Hemisphere. Curling will be held in Naseby and the ice hockey and figure skating at the Olympic sized ice skating rink in Dunedin.
