ProRehab, recognized as the region’s leading sports medicine physical therapy provider, recently announced its expansion to the Bowling Green, Kentucky market. The new ProRehab Bowling Green clinic is located at 165 Natchez Trace and is part of the facility that houses Western Kentucky Orthopaedic & Neurosurgical Associates (WKONA) and D1 Sports Training. ProRehab will serve as the official physical therapy provider for the Bowling Green D1 Sports Training athletes and as a rehabilitation resource for WKONA. The PR director for D1 Sports Training, Matt Toy commented about the new partnership with ProRehab, “D1 is excited to work with ProRehab Physical Therapy at D1 Bowling Green and build on the common goal of helping athletes reach their full potential. The transition from therapy to training is very important and we are excited to embark on that challenge together.”
The new ProRehab location is a licensed rehab agency featuring two fully equipped and spacious rehabilitation areas. The primary rehabilitation clinic is located next to WKONA, while the clinic best suited for injured athletes is conveniently situated inside D1 Sports Training. All members of the ProRehab Bowling Green staff are highly experienced physical and occupational therapists whose primary focus is their patient’s fast recovery and safe return to activity.

ProRehab currently operates nine physical therapy clinics located in southwest Indiana and western Kentucky. The Bowling Green clinic will be the tenth location for ProRehab. The new clinic will offer a wide range of services including sports medicine, athletic training, general orthopaedics, and occupational therapy. Injury prediction and prevention tests, such as the Functional Movement Screen and concussion ImPACT screen, will also be available for athletes of all ages and abilities.
