It's on the internal side of the system where we have made lots of improvements over our previous companies and that's where we at Pricelover.com can make savings to pass on to customers.

Pricelover.com, an online retailer of new laptops and other computers and computer-related items, announces its recent launch. With Asus laptops, Sony laptops, and more than 20,000 other active products available at the lowest possible prices, Pricelover.com is set to be a leading destination for online shoppers.
"Pricelover.com is the ideal retailer for computers, computer accessories and other technology-related products, because it allows students, businesses and all other consumers to find the name-brand products they need at an affordable price," says Mike Naylor, co-founder of Pricelover.com.
Naylor and serial entrepreneur Paul Cusack, founders of ebuyer.com, started Pricelover.com to provide consumers a retail site dedicated to making computer and technological products available for the lowest possible price.
Pricelover.com stocks a wide variety of items, focusing mainly on technology-related items such as new laptops, PCs, hard drives, computer hardware and peripherals. Currently featuring more than 20,000 items, new items will constantly be added to the site, with more than 40,000 total items expected in the coming months. The site features products from well known brands, including Acer laptops, Asus laptops, Apple iPods, Canon digital cameras and more. Despite the array of products featured, Pricelover.com's site is very simple to navigate, featuring a clean, uncluttered look, resulting in a no-frills approach to online shopping.
Using open source technologies, Pricelover.com has avoided some of the heavy startup costs associated with a more traditional off the shelf approach. This clever use of technology keep costs low, meaning Pricelover.com can sell the products customers want at the right price.
Cusack and Naylor hatched ebuyer.com in 2000. They sold the company in April 2004, when the site was generating revenues of approximately £150 million per annum. When Naylor began forming Pricelover.com, he recruited Cusack to help, even though he was deep in the throws of setting up his new VOIP business Localphone.com. Knowing that a key part of Pricelover.com's success would be its people, Naylor and Cusack hired two of the best in Tony Leake, former Technical Architect at ebuyer, and John Bostock, regarded as one of the most liked individuals and best purchasers in the IT industry.
"Much of what we have developed from the customers' perspective is not new; customers are now comfortable buying online. As people lead ever busier lives, they want to know that when they come to a Web site they can browse quickly and easily and see straight forward pricing," Naylor says. "It's on the internal side of the system where we have made lots of improvements over our previous companies and that's where we at Pricelover.com can make savings to pass on to customers."
Cusack has been an entrepreneur in the IT industry since 1991, when he started Choice Peripherals, a mail order reseller of IT products. Cusack sold Choice to NASDAQ listed Insight Enterprises inc., and choice became what is now Insights UK. Cusack also started the Internet Service provider Plusnet Technologies. Despite years in the industry, Cusack is excited about this latest venture.
"When Mike approached me about starting an online etailer I was thrilled because I like to work with the best people in the business, and Mike is the best operator I know. I have worked with Mike for almost 20 years and in that time he has demonstrated an unrivaled ability to take real world business problems and use technology to solve them. I believe our combined knowledge of Internet-related technology and our ability to use this knowledge to keep our operating costs low enables us to provide our customers with lower prices and better service," Cusack says. "Our approach with Pricelover is simple: make the site quick and easy to navigate and allow customers to complete their transaction in the minimum of time. We believe that today's online shoppers are smarter than ever before and lead ever busy lives and would welcome a site that provides lots of choice with good prices. We believe in a no-clutter approach to online etailing which will lead to not only lower prices, but a better experience, as customers are no longer fooled by false savings."
