[This] book, being a teaching manual in the English phonics, is indeed more than that: it teaches about eternal values

Author Alex M. George teaches both phonics and religion in her new book, The Artist, the Princess and the Key: An Illustrated Teaching Manual in English Phonics ($16.99, paperback, 9781629528267).

The story centers around an Artist who created a living world. His princess is deceived and captured, and the Artist’s son must sacrifice everything to save her. An allegory of Christianity and salvation, the text also offers valuable training in phonics.

“[This] book, being a teaching manual in the English phonics, is indeed more than that: it teaches about eternal values,” said George.
