“12 Key Steps to Build High Confidence” is based on Caravan’s 30 years of experience as a mental health practitioner, helping countless people with their confidence building. In the book, she provides key steps and easy, practical ways for people to find, boost and maintain their power and confidence, no matter what stage of life they are at. Ultimately, it will inspire anyone to be more and do more in life.

“The book is in fact very relevant to today’s society because in this time and age, our lives are more exposed than ever. This much exposure causes people to feel insecure and lose confidence in their abilities, more than any other time,” Caravan points out, reminding readers that confidence is a mental skill that can be learned and formed into a strong habit.

“When you have confidence, you realize that you have the power to create the life you want,” she adds.

A snippet from “12 Key Steps to Build High Confidence”:
You cannot escape fear: you must go through it. You need to be brave and go through fear. The road to confidence is passing through the dark tunnel of anxieties.
Anxiety diminishes confidence. Life is about taking risks, starting from uncertainty, and leaving your comfort zone to reach the other side of the fear, which is where your dreams lie.
