In order to maintain the best possible service to callers, the management upgraded their state of the art centralized concierge center in Boston by adding additional computers, larger monitors, improved software and additional highly trained concierge staff. The call center takes reservations for the Bella Sante's three locations located in Wellesley, Lexington and Boston on Newbury Street. In addition, the call center takes orders for Gift Certificates and runs the retail transactions for the online store.

According to a recent survey, Bella Sante has managed to reduce the average wait time of a caller down to an average of 15 seconds. This speeds the caller to be able talk to an experienced concierge whether they want to make a reservation, get advice on a treatment, order Gift Certificates or order products used at the spa such as Carita-Paris, Phytomer, Cosmedix, Kai and MamaMio. This action represents the total commitment Bella Sante makes to every level of customer interaction including answering the phone.

They are now making plans to reduce that average wait time even further in the near future.
