Seyfarth Shaw Welcomes Jonathan P. Wolfert to New York Office as Partner in the Firm's Commercial Litigation Practice Group

Seyfarth Shaw LLP, one of America’s leading full-service law firms, today announced that Jonathan P. Wolfert has joined the firm’s New York office as a partner in its Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Wolfert had been a partner at Kaplan Thomashauer & Landau LLP.

Wolfert has extensive experience in a wide variety of commercial litigation. He has particular strength in cases concerning complex insurance, securities and bankruptcy litigation.

Wolfert graduated with honors from the University of Michigan (Phi Beta Kappa). He later earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was Order of the Coif. He is a member of the Bar of the State of New York, and is also admitted to the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York and the District of Colorado, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second, Third and Seventh Circuits, and the United States Supreme Court.
