Orlando, FL (PRWEB) April 28, 2014
Sunshine Recycling, a construction dumpster rental service in Orlando, is currently servicing the construction site of a new Residence Inn by Marriott hotel in the Central Business District of Downtown Orlando. Sunshine Recycling is providing 20-yard roll off dumpsters to collect and haul construction debris, and has placed portable restrooms on site.
The hotel will be located at 672 North Orange Avenue, and will be within walking distance of the SunRail commuter rail station at Lynx Central Station. The location is also minutes from Sunshine Park and the Amway Center.
Sunshine Recycling is working with general contractors Welbro Building Corp. on this project. Construction on the 138-room hotel began at the end of March. The project is expected to last six to eight months, and the hotel is slated to open mid-2015. The hotel will include a ground-level restaurant and integrated parking.
“We’re excited to see the Downtown area growing and expanding,” said Chuck Herb, owner of Sunshine Recycling. “Our strength as a waste management company is providing long-term solutions for large construction projects like this one. We’re able to offer multiple dumpsters for a location if needed plus frequent hauls to make sure jobs aren’t delayed simply because a dumpster is full. Big projects like this one have to stick to a tight schedule and we want to make sure any delays aren’t caused by guys just waiting around for a new empty dumpster.”
