Home building industry expansion continues for national outsourcing organization.

New home sales and marketing company, New Home Star has expanded into Virginia with the launch of their Richmond Division. The new division will provide local home builders and developers with an outsourcing model designed specifically for selling and marketing new residential real estate. Leading the Richmond Division will be home building industry executive, Tom Kranz.

With the launch of Richmond, New Home Star now manages divisions in four of America’s top 15 Healthiest Housing Markets, as ranked by Hanley Wood Market Intelligence. Also managing additional divisions across North America, New Home Star has expanded with a system built around increasing sales while lowering fixed overhead expenses. This approach has enabled home builders and developers to operate more efficiently, and New Home Star has advanced accordingly.

An over 20-year home building industry executive, Tom also chairs an annual home building conference in conjunction with the New York Society of Security Analysts, serves on the board of The Venture Forum of Richmond and is an officer for the Southside Child Development Center.
