NKOTB will tour from May 31 until July 13 with two other popular groups, Boyz II Men and 98 Degrees. The tour is being referred to as "The Package," and it will pack quite a punch with three great musical acts appearing together. BargainSeatsOnline.com has added many tickets to the inventory so that fans will not be disappointed by finding sold-out performances.
The upcoming tour is going to be quite an event in the music industry. NKOTB were formed in 1984 and had much success in the early 1990s. In fact, 1990 was definitely their year. They won two American Music Awards at that time, and they were also known as one of the most popular musical groups. The group performed approximately 200 concerts in that one year. They also performed in "The Magic Summer Tour" that took them around the world. It resulted in a very popular pay-per-view cable program as well.
Even though the entertainers broke up in 1994 and went their separate ways, they are now back together and creating the same type of music that they did in the past. The upcoming tour will give fans the chance to hear them perform once again along with Boyz II Men and 98 Degrees. The tour is certain to be a success, and New Kids on the Block tickets will likely sell out for many performances.
"The Package Tour" will consist of many U.S. stops, including concerts in such cities as Uncasville, Connecticut; Boston, Massachusetts; East Rutherford, New Jersey; Atlanta, Georgia; Houston, Texas; St. Louis, Missouri; Los Angeles, California; Las Vegas, Nevada; and Tacoma, Washington. Three Canadian concerts are also planned for Ottawa, Montreal and Toronto.
The group released seven albums and will make it number eight this year with another recording scheduled for an April release. They have also collaborated with Backstreet Boys on an album that came out in 2011. The vocal ensemble has sold approximately 80 million copies of their albums worldwide. They will also be honored with a star on Hollywood's Walk of Fame this year. Since the group is back together and joining two other great musical acts for "The Package Tour," 2013 will be a significant year for quality concert entertainment.
