The RCN app makes customer service so much easier for RCN users.
Washington, DC (PRWEB) October 08, 2013
The “RCN” mobile application was featured on NewsWatch as part of its popular segment, AppWatch, that takes a look at the latest and coolest mobile applications and services on the iOS and Android market. Andrew Tropeano, host of AppWatch, conducted the app review and shared with viewers how it can help RCN customers receive faster and more reliable customer service.
As consumers use phones and tablets to access the web more frequently, companies have created mobile friendly experiences for their customers. Unfortunately, a Modapt and Morrissey survey reveals that 18% of smartphone users say their recent mobile browsing experiences have been frustrating and 70% describe their experiences as "just OK.”
RCN, a company who provides industry-leading cable TV, phone and internet service in the Northeast, just released their first mobile app. The app makes managing an RCN account simple. With the app, mobile users can check their home voicemail, view their account, update billing information, and enroll in services like auto pay and e-bill.
In the future, the RCN app will allow users to see promotional products and services that RCN is offering that day or week.
