As well as the European Bank, VB Porter & Company has also acquired another sublease within the Chanin Building, a strategic sales consulting firm.

VB Porter & Company, a full service real estate firm located in the heart of Manhattan, is proud to announce four new subleases acquired by the firm within the past two months. All four subleases are in the Grand Central Submarket and vary in size and layout, the largest of which (8,317 sf) is a major international European Bank who is looking to relocate out of 122 East 42nd Street, also known as the Chanin Building, to another prestigious location within New York City.

As well as the European Bank, VB Porter & Company has also acquired another sublease within the Chanin Building, a strategic sales consulting firm. The firm looking to relocate in Westchester, New York, and sublease their current New York office space for the remainder of their lease term. The 30th floor office space features large double doors directly off the elevator and tremendous northern views of Grand Central Station and the Chrysler Building.
