Today, NextUC announced the close of July with record growth revenue growth, user growth, usage growth and record customer satisfaction results. July proved to be the strongest month in NextUC’s history in every key performance indicator and forecasted trends are providing equally encouraging results for the foreseeable future.

Revenue rose 32% month over month which is one of the key indicators of overall performance, but the overall success goes much deeper than that.

NextUC believes that as customers use more of the product, their satisfaction with the overall experience will increase as well. Telephone usage grew 26%, multi-media web conferencing (http://www.nextuc.com/why-nextuc/web-conferencing-nextuc/) usage grew 30%, and audio conferencing grew 26% in month over month comparisons. These combined metrics indicate that NextUC has a customer base that is growing and is also using the wide variety of unified communications and collaboration service (http://www.nextuc.com). Not surprisingly, NextUC’s customers rated their overall satisfaction with the product experience a 43 which is a 42% increase over an already strong July score.

A significant amount of the monthly growth came from customers leaving Webex and GoToMeeting who were in search of a better collaboration experience while also looking to reduce monthly expense.
