Nicholson Kovac, Inc., is pleased to announce promotions in its media and public relations departments, as well as six recent additions to the agency’s account service, social media and public relations groups.

The agency recently promoted Aubrey Ammon to media supervisor. She served as senior media planner for three years prior to her promotion and has been with Nicholson Kovac for five years. She is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a bachelor’s degree in strategic communications.
Sally Behringer was promoted to management supervisor. She previously served as account supervisor and has more than 20 years of experience in agricultural public relations. She holds a bachelor’s of journalism degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Journalism, with an emphasis in broadcast journalism.
The newest Nicholson Kovac team members include:
Jillian Spence joins Nicholson Kovac as a senior account executive. She comes to the agency with four years of experience in account service, most recently in the education and health care industries. She holds a bachelor’s degree in advertising and public relations from Drury University.
Michelle Wilkinson, senior account executive, comes to Nicholson Kovac from another Kansas City agency where she served for two years as an account executive in the agricultural industry. Wilkinson is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia with a bachelor’s degree in agricultural journalism and an emphasis in strategic communications.
Patrick Padley joins Nicholson Kovac as a social influence specialist. Before joining the agency, Padley started Padley Productions, LLC, a new media production and Internet marketing company in 2007. He is a 2008 graduate of the University of Tulsa where he earned a bachelor’s degree in film studies and a minor in marketing.
Lacey Altwegg, public relations account executive, recently graduated from Kansas State University where she received a bachelor’s degree in agriculture communications and journalism.
Veronica Baus, account executive in account service, also comes to Nicholson Kovac after graduating from Kansas State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a minor in Spanish and a certificate of international business.
Ali McNitt joins Nicholson Kovac as a social influence specialist. She is a recent graduate of the University of Kansas with a bachelor’s degree in journalism.
