This year's winter basketball camp will serve as a tremendous opportunity for players to work with an excellent staff to improve their game and take that next step for the second half of the 2012-13 season.

The three day Nike Seattle Holiday Basketball Camp will aim to improve each player's fundamentals in a highly concentrated and individualized format. Though players are in the midst of their basketball seasons, it is always helpful to re-inforce fundamentals and enhance skills that can be developed as the season progresses.
The camp will take place at the Issaquah 24-Hour Fitness at 5712 Eastlake Sammamish Parkway.
Directing the camp is Jason Jones, Founder of Northwest Elite Basketball. "I am very excited to be working with US Sports and Nike Basketball Camps on a 3-day camp in December,” says Coach Jones. "Our goal for the camp is to attract some motviated basketball players looking to take advantage of vacation to get better as a basketball player."
Northwest Elite Basketball Training Club was created by Jason Jones, Owner and Lead Skill Trainer, as a result of seeing too many young players struggling at the high school level who had not been taught the fundamentals of the game.
Coach Jones will also use BAM testing (as performed on each draft candidate at the NBA Draft Combine) and FMS testing (Functional Movement Screening) to asses each player's strengths and weaknesses in their movement.
"This year's winter basketball camp will serve as a tremendous opportunity for players to work with an excellent staff to improve their game and take that next step for the second half of the 2012-13 season," said Justin Hoeveler of Nike Basketball Camps.
