Nomis Solutions Augments Management Team with Appointment of Todd Spartz as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

In this position, Mr. Spartz will direct the financial strategy and operations of the pricing optimization solutions company. Mr. Spartz will play a critical role in helping to manage the growth of the company as financial institutions adopt and implement the Nomis Price Optimizer Suite of solutions. Mr. Spartz will report directly to Nomis Solutions' Chairman and CEO, Dennis Stradford.

Before joining Nomis Solutions, Mr. Spartz most recently worked at Openwave Systems as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller where he successfully managed the finances of this multimillion dollar, global organization. Before that, Mr. Spartz was Vice President of Finance with Metareward; a subsidiary of Experian, focused on online customer acquisition programs for top brand advertisers. Rounding out his extensive experience in financial operations, planning and accounting are his previous roles with technology leaders Oblix, acquired by Oracle, Extreme Networks, Aspect Telecommunications, and Applied Materials.
