NorthStar Alarm, a nationwide home security provider, conducted surveys with its customer base to collect feedback on NorthStar’s products, services, system usage and to provide an opportunity to listen to individual customers’ needs and concerns.
With over half of its customer base surveyed so far this year, NorthStar reported that 94.8 percent of customers claim they are satisfied or extremely satisfied with NorthStar Alarm’s services.
The survey also collected feedback on how often customers are using their alarm systems. The results showed that approximately 70 percent of customers use their systems on a daily basis. The remainder reported using their systems either weekly or monthly.
