The Deloitte report further reveals when considering which factors substantially contribute to a company’s success, a significantly higher percentage of executives identified “a clearly defined business strategy” (76%) rather than “clearly defined and communicated core values and beliefs” (62%).
Northstar Consulting Group plan to conduct further research in to how company culture contributes to the success, productivity and performance of a business. The firm are 4 weeks into the study which is scheduled to take place over 12 weeks. Results will be reported by Northstar Consulting Group in the 4th quarter of 2012.
