There are some significant differences between employee and executive views on this topic and although our research is in the early stages, I would confidently suggest that more aligned vision would contribute to higher productivity and business success’.
Northstar Consulting Group incorporate incentives such as travel opportunities, commissions and team building activities into their business model and feel the friendly competition internally creates a fun company culture. ‘Feeling valued and having a sense of belonging is a factor that contributes to a ‘good company culture’.
