Two properties operated by Eureka Historic Hotels, the Crescent Hotel & Spa and the Basin Park Hotel, implemented the Maestro Multi-Property system. The properties will utilize Maestro’s multi-property single-image database to seamlessly coordinate cross selling and create 360-degree guest service across both hotels. The properties utilize the Maestro Front Office, ResWave online booking, Spa and Activities Management, and Sales & Catering systems.

Maestro offers high touch activity management
“We will use Maestro’s Front Office, Spa, and Activities management to supplement the high-touch personal service at DeerFields, a private club and equestrian stables,” said James Wilson, DeerField’s owner. “Maestro’s integrated activity management will be ideal for coordinating guest participation and scheduling at our stables and spa.” DeerFields offers a Country Inn with gracious, superbly-appointed suites, fine dining, a spa and fitness facility for those with discriminating tastes.
