NOVACES, LLC is a member of ICF International’s team that was awarded the highly competitive HRSolutions Studies and Analysis Support contract by the U.S. Department of the Army. Through this indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract, NOVACES may now compete to provide a full range of support to the Army’s Human Resources (HR) programs and systems, emphasizing Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) and Lean Six Sigma services. The five-year contract, which began in December 2009, has a total program ceiling of $1.27 billion.
The HRSolutions Program Office’s mission is to provide support to the full life cycle of non-personal personnel services and support to Defense personnel communities. Areas of support include policy analysis; training and development; program analysis; risk management and mitigation; analytics; data modeling and management; and predictive modeling.
“We are excited at the award of the HRSolutions contract vehicle in that it brings an important opportunity to our DoD clients during this time of fiscal constraints within the government, which has spurred the need to expend fewer resources and still achieve ever higher levels of readiness and mission assurance,” said Tommy Houston, Vice President of Public Sector Services. “Our extensive experience in training, coaching and mentoring in continuous process improvement, as well as leading edge project and program management methodologies grows the kind of skills and abilities in personnel that are key to DoD mission.”
NOVACES will leverage its experience delivering process excellence for the government and military. A leader in CPI consulting and training services, the award reflects the company’s scope of work for the U.S. Department of Defense, which includes contracts for CPI deployment, curriculum development, mentoring and training for naval shipbuilding, naval aviation maintenance, medical delivery, defense logistics, missile defense, and garrison services.
