Anthem College Offering NPTA Sterile Products Certification Training for Pharmacy Technicians

Course provides certification in NPTA IV/Sterile Products.

Anthem College in Beaverton is offering certification training for licensed or registered pharmacy technicians in NPTA IV/Sterile Products. Participants must also hold PTCB or ICPT/NHA National Certification.

The course will train pharmacy technicians in sterile product preparation and aseptic technique. Students will complete 20 hours of instruction, 20 hours of hands-on training and skills assessment, and eight hours of study, reading assignments, and other homework assignments outside class.

Students who successfully complete the program will earn NPTA Certification in IV/Sterile Products.

Classes will be held on two consecutive weekends from 8 am to 4 pm on these dates:

  •     April 14 & 15 and April 21 & 22
  •     June 9 & 10 and June 16 & 17
  •     July 28 & 29 and August 4 & 5
  •     September 15 & 16 and September 22 & 23

NPTA members will receive a $50 discount off tuition.
