NRG Resources, Inc. announced today the filing of a lawsuit in Orange County, California in the Superior Court for the State of California against Michael Mai, and Tuan aka “Anthony” aka “Tony” Nguyen, an attorney and CPA.
The suit alleges that Anthony Tuan Nguyen and Michael Mai, in collaboration with other parties, interfered with NRG’s contracts and business relationships, embarked on a calculated campaign to defame the Company and its directors, officers, and consultants. The complaint outlines allegations that Tuan Anthony Nguyen and Michael Mai are liable for permanently and intentionally damaging NRG’s contract for supply of lubrication products to Vietnam in excess of $120 Million USD, as well as numerous other business relationships.
