15 Year Veteran Security Professional Michael Frazier to Spearhead New Role

Mr. Michael Frazier has been hired to serve as the newly created post of Director of Acquisition & Program Performance for the National Security Training Institute (NSTI), a division of Special Aerospace Security Services, Inc. (SASSI).

In this newly created role, Mr. Frazier will be responsible for leading business development and providing strategic oversight of program performance for a comprehensive training course portfolio and collection of diverse clients.

Before taking the helm of his current position Mr. Frazier served in a myriad of security oriented positions in both the private and public sectors. As a Senior Manager at Booz Allen Hamilton Mr. Frazier was responsible for assisting financial institutions in security/risk management arenas, both within the United States and abroad. In addition, Mr. Frazier served as a Senior Security Manager at Booz Allen Hamilton. In this position Mr. Frazier was tasked with overseeing over 17,000 security clearances reaching across 35 facilities as well as responsible for executing Security Awareness, Training and Education programs, reaching over 24,000 employees.
Prior to working with Booz Allen Hamilton, Mr. Frazier served for 10 years in the United States Air Force as a security specialist in multiple disciplines, such as; information, personnel, and physical security for classified programs.

Mr. Frazier is a member of a the Industrial Security Working Group (ISWG); and a working group chairman of the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS International) Defense & Intelligence Council (D&IC). He holds an Undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management, a Graduate degree in Public Management, and is Board Certified in Security Management as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) through the ASIS organization.
