Food intolerance and sub-optimal nutritional levels are at the root of many diseases people struggle to treat symptomatically.
Santa Rosa, CA (PRWEB) July 19, 2012
Linda Living, a nutrition coaching and testing center in Windsor, California announced that it is holding a contest to give away a free nutrition and food intolerance test that could be worth over $1000.
Linda Living has partnered with Your Foods’ personal chef, Jennifer Byrom, to create a personalized meal plan for the winner, complete with recipes based upon the test results.
Linda Partida, nutritionist and founder of Linda Living, said, “I believe food intolerance and sub-optimal nutritional levels are at the root of many diseases people struggle to treat symptomatically. It is a shame more doctors don’t use these test to help their patients not only heal, but as a measure of prevention.”
Studies have shown that 95% of Americans have nutritional deficiencies (and 50% of those taking multivitamins remaining deficient), and 80% of the population suffering from some level of food intolerance.
“Those dealing with deep-rooted issues such as blood sugar control, cholesterol, weight management, low energy and fatigue, stress, emotional eating, and mood management could benefit from nutritional and food intolerance testing,” Partida said.
Its “Winning Edge” package includes Spectracell’s micronutrient test and the ALCAT Food Intolerance test. Linda Living will provide the winner with support to put together a custom three-week rotational food plan with recipes created just for them.
Partida added, “The tests are easy, just a simple blood draw that can be done in the comfort of your own home anywhere in the country, and no fasting is required.”
Those interested in entering the contest or finding out more information can go to the Linda Living website, http://www.lindaliving.com or call 707-838-2994. Contest entries must be received by midnight, Pacific Standard Time, August 14, 2012 and participants must be 18 years or older.
