OAISYS(R) Announces Additions to Senior Management Staff

Positioning itself to further capitalize on its recent successes in the business call recording market, OAISYS today announced a number of additions and changes to its senior management team.

OAISYS took advantage of a shifting business communications marketplace to carve out a clear path as a leader in business call recording. In October we launched Talkument(TM), an innovative new product that is establishing an entirely new segment in the market, as the final step in this transformation. None of that would have been possible without Jack's exceptional passion, drive and skill.

    Effective immediately Brian Spencer, currently serving as Vice President, assumes the role of President.

Jack Wikselaar, currently serving as President, fills the newly created role of Director of Strategic Relations.

Gary Dumbrowsky, previously Northeast Regional Sales Manager, has been promoted and now serves as Director of Sales. Greg Floyd has been promoted from Business Development Manager to Northeast Regional Sales Manager in the wake of Dumbrowsky's promotion.

Bill Johnson, most recently with Mitel Networks Corporation, joins the company to head its marketing effort as Marketing Director.

Commenting on Spencer's assuming the role of President, Wikselaar said, "Brian's passion and vision have been evident since he started out as a sales engineer with us more than eight years ago. I'm proud to have witnessed his success, because that has been directly tied to the success of OAISYS as a company. Having the President based in Tempe with an intimate knowledge of the business will serve us well as we implement our plans."
