(OATI) is pleased to announce the successful completion of the OATI 2008 SAS 70 Type II Audit. 2008 is the third straight audit period for which OATI received an unqualified Type II Opinion Report. This success shows the viability of the OATI systems and processes in use throughout the energy industry.

The SAS 70 Audit is a comprehensive and independent evaluation of the effectiveness of service organizations processes and controls. SAS 70 audits are accepted under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and represent that the controls necessary for a major service provider were operating and successfully tested.

The audits demonstrate OATI's commitment to the energy industry and OATI customers in particular that OATI is committed to the physical and cyber security of customers' vital business information in the OATI Data Center.
