Renegade Playground, LLC announced today that it is now accepting registrations for the Renegade Playground Challenge (http://www.RenegadePlayground.com) obstacle course mud run taking place at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway in Loudon, NH. This will be the third time that the Renegade Playground Challenge will return to NHMS, and once again the event will proudly support Speedway Children’s Charities.

While it will take place on a course roughly 6k in length, the Renegade Playground Challenge is no ordinary 6k race, but is the ultimate event for thrill-seeking athletes and ‘weekend warriors’ looking for a unique challenge. Taking place October 6, 2012, the Renegade Playground Challenge will be held at the spectacular New Hampshire Motor Speedway. No, participants won’t be running on the racetrack, but they will need to navigate over more than fifteen obstacles on a course that winds through the Speedway’s massive property. The unique obstacles feature names such as Everest, Wall Banger, Tunnel of Doom, Dirty Dancing, Nutcracker, Jack and Jill, Speed Bumps, Shark Bait, and more.

Those who survive earn the title of true Renegades who, while having a great time, are also supporting children in need. A free t-shirt for participants and a day-long festival atmosphere will make this a memorable event for all.

“We’re very happy about bringing the Renegade Playground Challenge back to New Hampshire Motor Speedway,” said Dave Soucy, one of the Co-Founders of the Renegade Playground Challenge. “The facility is awesome and the Renegade Playground Challenge gives people a way to compete while having more fun than they’ve probably had since they were a kid. Monkey bars, mud holes, running across streams, climbing walls - all the stuff your Mom used to yell at you about. We like to call it Recess. Unsupervised.TM”

“We’re absolutely thrilled to be hosting the Renegade Playground Challenge again,” said Cheryl LaPrade, Director of the New Hampshire Chapter of Speedway Children’s Charities. “In 2011 we supported close to 50 local charities, and with the support of Renegade Playground Challenge, the participants & sponsors, we hope to benefit even more children this year.”
