Waurika Farms, a 7,000+ acre beef production outfit located in southern Oklahoma, sold at auction Thursday, April 12th for $11 million. Located 50 miles west of Interstate 35 and roughly six miles southeast of Waurika, KS, the farm consists of approximately 3,300 acres of wheat land and 2,700 acres of Bermuda grass and native species. This Oklahoma farm auction was well attended with 16 registered bidders. Locals landowners thought Hall and Hall Auctions did a great job with the sale and exceeded the anticipated sale price.
