Omnitrol Networks announced today that Howard Cheng, previously a senior investment banker at Deutsche Bank, will join the company as Chief Financial Officer. In his position, Cheng will oversee Omnitrol Networks' finance, accounting and investor relations activities, as well as play a key role in the company's strategy, planning and operations.

Cheng worked in investment banking for the past 12 years at Deutsche Bank, Robertson Stephens and GCA Savvian where he helped lead and execute over 50 mergers & acquisitions and investment transactions with aggregate value of over $40 billion for companies in the technology sector. He has also worked closely with many leading private equity and venture capital firms on investment opportunities. Cheng began his career at Procter & Gamble where he was involved in manufacturing initiatives.
