Update to VoIP a win-win for Allen Companies, its customers, vendors and employees

One Stop Voice,, a leading provider of cloud communications and hosted VoIP solutions, today announced that it helped Mesa-AZ based builder Allen Companies achieve its goals of streamlining communications, improving efficiency and achieving cost savings by transitioning from a traditional POTS system to an innovative cloud-hosted VoIP system.

One Stop Voice was tasked by Allen Companies, and their telecom broker TCO, to develop a more streamlined and updated communications system. Growth in business and the addition of four tenants in their building had led to multiple networks, jumbled cables, unlabeled routers and five different networks working inefficiently. One Stop Voice sought to implement a solution for Allen Companies that involved combining all networks into one efficient and structured solution that was easily identifiable. The option of separating voice and data was also key, as well as creating a faster and more reliable internet connection.

According to Allen Companies Managing Member Jeremy Felstead, "Initially, I was skeptical of using VoIP phones because I thought the technology was inconsistent and unreliable. However, after working with TCO and One Stop Voice, I am a true believer. Not only did they fix my networking problems, but they reduced my monthly telecom cost and made it easier for our clients and tenants to communicate with us.”

Adds TCO Founder and President Perry Chrisler, "In today’s market, technology is available through almost every vendor. What separates One Stop Voice is their willingness to go above and beyond to make the technology work properly and maximize the full capacity of the technology.”

In order to fully capitalize on the use of VoIP technology for Allen Companies, One Stop Voice supplied them with features such as a call attendant; find me, follow me; call recording; conference bridging; auto attendant and individual telephone numbers and queues to help streamline the communication process for the company, its employees and customers.
"Many companies are reluctant to move from a traditional system due to misperceptions about reliability and safety associated with the Cloud, VoIP and other Internet-based solutions," said One Stop Voice executive Joshua Simon. "I applaud forward-thinking companies like TCO and Allen Companies who are willing to embrace VoIP technology and therefore reap its many benefits; primarily efficiency, flexibility and cost savings."
