Throughout his career, Pepin-Donat has been a leader within the fitness industry, having opened and operated more than 450 health clubs in 11 different countries. Partnered with his extensive management experience and expertise in physiology, Pepin-Donat has also authored two books, The Big Fat Health and Fitness Lie and The People's Guide to Health based on his international research of health and fitness-related issues.
