Canada’s Anti-Spam legislation is being addressed in a new marketing training guide by The Association of Strategic Marketing. Expected to go into effect in 2013, marketers who send any form of commercial electronic messages (CEM) to Canada will need to understand the detailed rules that now govern email and text message communication.
