In early January the Orange County Register (CA) covered the story of John Dumitru and Denis Bilodeau, a pair of councilmen, who after being inspired by the Storage Wars and Auction Hunters television series, ventured out to try their hand at the storage auction game. The pair has purchased over ten lockers to date and continue to make some great finds at auctions throughout Southern California. In one of their early purchases, the pair purchased a locker containing hundreds of dollars worth of jewelry and purses, helping them get off to a profitable start.
