Today PokerSite.org announced the addition of a few new sections that will propel the website to the next level. The two new areas that have been added are a poker video section and a poker news blog. Both additions should increase traffic levels and attract return visitors as the sections grow in popularity.
The first addition to the site is the new poker videos page. The page links to all of the individual poker videos that PokerSite.org offers. In total there are nine videos with over four hours of total footage, and each one teaches visitors about sit and go strategy - a special type of strategy that applies to single table poker tournaments.
Each video was created by an unnamed online poker professional, and walks players through real life sit and go's. Instead of trying to teach players with lessons and charts, the poker pro actually plays sit and go's while commenting on his moves and cards. This lets viewers really get inside his head and see what the poker sharks are really thinking while at the tables.
The other major addition to the site is the poker news blog. This new section provides daily updates following online poker news and live poker events. At the moment, the news editors are focusing on providing readers with updates from live tournaments, as well as recaps of online tournaments and online poker gossip.
Mike Wittmeyer, teenage founder and owner of PokerSite.org, commented the following: "I'm really happy to roll out these updates so quickly. PokerSite.org is growing at a rapid rate and traffic is steadily increasing, so its nice to provide fresh content for our visitors. I was really pleased with my team's work in getting the new sections of the site up and running so quickly. I think everyone will benefit from the new videos and news articles, as the information is up to date and highly interesting."
PokerSite.org is an online poker guide that provides visitors with up to date poker news, as well as full reviews and comparisons of the best online poker rooms.
