Sparking the interest of educators everywhere, blended learning brings together technology-based online learning and face-to-face instruction. Blended learning can afford students the opportunity to gain a more personalized school experience as their lessons can be tailored to their needs. A typical blended learning model has students report in person to a school or other facility to meet with teachers, work through online lessons, and collaborate with their peers within a flexible schedule. Depending on the program, students may also work on courses outside the typical school day -- anytime and anywhere there is an Internet connection.

Connections Learning, a division of Connections Education and sister to the widely known Connections Academy network of virtual K–12 schools, has a proven track record of providing quality, affordable online learning solutions customized to fit a school or district’s resources as well as student needs.
