Online Revealed Travel Marketing Conference Kicks Off with Sold-Out Attendance and Innovative New Travel Industry Tools

Online Revealed Canada's 4th Annual Conference Launches ORC TV, Canadian Tourism News Media Hub, and new "Online Revealed Offline" Magazine.

The fact that Online Revealed 2009 sold out shows that we as an industry are serious about paving the way for the next economic boom.

Niagara Falls, ON - The 4th Annual Online Revealed Canada Online Travel Marketing Conference opened Tuesday to a sold-out crowd of over 300 travel industry and online marketing professionals. The two-day travel marketing conference in iconic Niagara Falls, Ontario is sponsored by award winning Canadian marketers A Couple of Chicks e-Marketing and Radonic Rodgers Design+Marketing.

The conference opened Tuesday morning with the introduction of ORC TV, a new tool for the travel marketing community. Taping of ORC TV is occurring throughout Online Revealed Canada and will include speaker presentations, interviews with keynote presenter Arlene Dickinson, CEO of Venture Communications Ltd. and a dragon on the hit CBC series Dragons' Den, Google and TripAdvisor and a snapshot of the 16 event workshops. ORC TV will launch in May 2009 and episodes will be released throughout the year.

Initiatives like ORC TV will help foster that sense of community throughout the year," said Patricia Brusha, conference Co-Chair and COO of A Couple of Chicks e-Marketing.

Attendees at Online Revealed Canada also received copies of the new "Online Revealed Offline" magazine with a sizzling new look and cutting edge content. The magazine includes articles about a range of online marketing topics, all written by participants in the Canadian online marketing conference. A 2nd edition will be released later in the year by conference co-producers Radonic Rodgers Design+Marketing.

Online Revealed also unveiled CanadaTourismNews.com, a new electronic media-hub for the Canadian tourism community created by the industry - for the industry.

Throughout Online Revealed Canada, attendees can take advantage of panel case studies, 16 online marketing workshops in 4 customized tracks of learning and new for 2009, the B2B Expo with 25 suppliers sharing travel marketing expertise with conference delegates in private one on one sessions.
