Give us two minutes, and we’ll give you twenty! - Executive Chef at O'Malley's Tavern

O’Malley’s Tavern in Auburn Hill, Michigan recently rolled out an online ordering process for dine-in lunch service to allow for locals to have a faster lunch restaurant experience.

Surrounded by hundreds of corporate offices and local businesses, O’Malley’s Tavern identified that the biggest obstacle to doing more lunch business was time. Most workers in the area only have 45 or 60 minutes for their lunch break, and getting out of the office, to a local restaurant, ordering, eating, paying, and getting back to the office in under an hour could be difficult.

O’Malley’s Online Ordering, becoming known as O3, solves for the bulk of that equation: ordering, eating, and paying. Customers can pre-order and provide secure payment online all before even arriving at the restaurant. That way when they arrive at the restaurant, they have their food in front of them within two minutes and then sign their credit card receipt before leaving.

“Give us two minutes, and we’ll give you twenty,” says executive chef and food & beverage director, Mary Coburn, “That’s our motto! With our O’Malley’s Online Ordering, we can easily shave 20 minutes off the typical dine-in lunch experience. This is a real game changer! We think this opens up a whole new lunch option for thousands of workers in the Auburn Hills area.”

O’Malley’s Online Ordering allows for the same customization of orders as traditional dining in and ordering in-person, and is ideal for dining in or carrying out. However, currently O3 only serves same-day lunch orders.

Well-known for some of the best food in the Auburn Hills area, O’Malley’s Tavern can now add unparalleled convenience to its long list of great attributes.

“A great lunch restaurant delivers on three key components: price, portion, and time,” continues Coburn. “We’ve always had generous portions of terrific food at great prices. Now we have the solution for the time issue, as well.”
