- Tuesday, April 24 at 5:30pm in Grand Ballroom I - Free pre-conference workshop Getting Started with BPM in which participants will share best practices for justifying and prioritizing BPM projects and learn how to rapidly deliver a solution through a user-driven approach to process visualization, collaboration and application design.
- Wednesday, April 25 at 2:15pm in Grand Ballroom V - OpenText BPS customers Kelly Romer at Intuit, Yasemin Sezer at L&T Infotech and Wendy Kimball at Vision Service Plan (VSP) will participate in a customer panel titled: Dynamic Case Management: Unifying Experiences to Transform Customer Service and discuss how dynamic case management is helping their organizations achieve better business results by increasing employee productivity, enabling employees to work smarter and improving and expediting decision-making. In this session, moderated by Nathaniel Palmer, Editor-in-Chief at BPM.com and Executive Director at Workflow Management Coalition (WfMC), attendees will learn how case management creates a flexible organization that can handle the unexpected by addressing unstructured work, enabling collaboration, providing personalized dashboards, and delivering mobile applications.
- Thursday, April 27 at 12:15pm in Grand Ballroom I - OpenText BPS customer Jorge Rosas, VP of Field Services for Chubb Insurance, and Steve Russell, SVP of R&D for OpenText will deliver the luncheon keynote: Achieving Service Excellence: Making Every Moment Matter.
